Dr Clark Store’s Super B100 contains eight rich sources of B vitamins (often referred to as B-complex vitamins) .
- All B vitamins help the body convert the carbohydrates in food into glucose, which is the fuel used to produce energy.
- In addition to carbohydrates, B vitamins also help the body metabolize fats and protein.
- Healthy skin, hair, eyes, and a healthy liver are all dependent on a sufficient daily intake of B vitamins.
- B vitamins help the nervous system and the brain to function properly.
B Vitamins Must be Replenished
The eight vitamins that make up the B-complex are water soluble, meaning the body does not store excess amounts. The exception is Vitamin B12, which is stored in the liver. Unused B vitamins are simply excreted in urine, daily. This means you need a continuous supply of the B vitamins from your diet.
Adults and children 12 and over, 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. B vitamins are best taken with a meal. Without food, the vitamins are not well absorbed by the body and will simply pass through the digestive system unused.
