The herbs in the Natural Relief Spray formula have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and circulatory properties, when sprayed on skin and rubbed in.*

The formula is a modern adaptation based on the ancient martial arts formula known as Dit Dat Jiao, which has proved for generations to be an effective aid in injury recovery. From a traditional Chinese medicine perspective, the herbs in this formula have the following actions: Move Qi & blood stasis, relieve pain, dispel dampness, and course wind to relieve itching.*

Ingredients	Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (20%) and a proprietary blend of the following full-spectrum, concentrated extracts: Arnica flower / Arnica montana (fresh plant tincture 1:2), Tumeric root / Jiang Huang (full spectrum & standardized extracts), Corydalis tuber / Yan Hu Suo (full spectrum & standardized extracts), Noto-ginseng root / San Qi (full spectrum super concentrate extract), White willow bark / Salix Alba (full spectrum & standardized extracts), Boswellia resin (standardized to Boswellic acid), Schefflera root / Qi Ye Lian (full spectrum super concentrate extract), and the following full spectrum Chinese concentrated liquid extracts: Frankincense (Olibanum gum) / Ru Xiang, Myrrh resin / Mo Yao, Dong Quai root / Dang Gui, Cnidium root / Chuan Xiong, Carthamus flower / Hong Hua, Clematis root / Wei Ling Xian, Angelica Dahurica / Bai Zhi, Licorice raw root / Gan Cao, Siler root / Fang Feng, Speranskia herb / Tou Gu Cao, Erythrina bark / Hai Tong Pi,
Directions	Spray onto clean skin and rub in until dry. Repeat 3 times per day, or as directed by your health care provider.
