Oil pulling is an ancient tradition receiving a lot of modern interest for reducing stains, bacteria, and plaque on teeth. All our coconut oils may be used for oil pulling, but this one has peppermint added for a refreshing taste.
Why Coconut Oil?
Coconut oil has been found to be an ideal choice because the lauric acid binds with the bacteria in the mouth during the swishing, or “pulling” process. After a few minutes, you spit out the oil and with it all of the funky stuff that leads to bad breath, inflamed gums, and plaque build-up.

All of the coconuts are hand-picked and wild-harvested from the Ben Tre jungles in Vietnam. 100% of the coconut oil comes from their own factory, which has been in Vietnam since 2009.
