Fifteen packets, each containing this combination for oil pulling: Skinny Coconut Oil® and Peppermint Oil. Each packet contains enough for one or more days, depending on the amount you choose to use each time.
Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is a centuries-old technique. It removes buildup from your mouth; including bacteria, plaque, and toxins that brushing can’t reach. The result is fresher breath, whiter teeth and stronger gums. Simply swish it in the mouth for two to twenty minutes. Then spit it out into the trash (not the sink!) and rinse.

All the coconuts are hand-picked and wild-harvested from the Ben Tre jungles in Vietnam. 100% of the coconut oil comes from the company’s own factory, which has been in Vietnam since 2009.
