General Notes:
- It has been found that the best way to use this product is over the course of 3 days followed by a week off. Then, repeated in the same manner, on for 3 days, off for a week, as necessary.
- The suggested use is to take 1 capsule the 1st day, 2 capsules the 2nd day and 3 capsules the 3rd day.
- Take the formula and immediately drink 2 glasses of water. Follow throughout the day with plenty of water to ensure the proper flushing of toxins from your body.
- The ridding of toxins generally occurs within 6 to 7 hours after taking Rich’s Detox & Support Formula. So be prepared for the laxative type of effects to occur around that time.
