Oregano Oil -10 cc/10ml

In stock (can be backordered)

Essential oil of oregano may be used as an anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, digestive aid, antiseptic or pain reliever.

Internal Use

Caution! Do not place oregano oil directly in the mouth, as it is too strong and will irritate the mucous membranes. Instead, place 3 drops in an empty capsule or on a piece of bread, folded over, or in a beverage.

Since ancient times, oregano has been used medicinally, as an anti-microbial, since it inhibits the growth of parasites, fungi, viruses, and bacteria.

Oregano oil neutralizes free radicals and prevents the damage to cells that can be caused by oxidation.

Digestive Aid

Used as a digestive aid, oregano oil assists in the digestion of food and absorption of nutrients, by stimulating the production of digestive juices. Remember to place the drops in an empty capsule, enclosed in bread, or mixed with a beverage. Do not place drops directly in your mouth!

Topical Use

To use topically, dilute oregano oil in a carrier oil, such as olive oil.

Apply the diluted oregano oil to minor skin wounds and insect bites, as an antiseptic.

Pain Relief

For pain relief of toothaches or joint pain, apply the diluted oregano oil to the affected area of the body.

Dental Hygiene

To use as an antiseptic for dental hygiene, dilute a drop in a small amount of water or coconut oil, dip your brush, add toothpaste if desired, and brush as usual.  Adjust the amount of water or coconut oil used so that the result is not irritating to the mucous membranes in your mouth.
