Directions | 1. Add 1 bag (1/2 cup) of herbs to 2 quarts (8 cups) (2 liters) water. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Turn heat off and put lid on. 4. Let sit for 6 hours or overnight at room temperature or in the refrigerator. 5. Strain and add sweetening such as Agave syrup or honey. 6. You can make it extra good by adding fresh coconut juice or coconut cream from a can. 7. Put the strained herbs in the freezer and use them one more time (extra 8 cups per bag). One bag of Liver Support Tea used in this way will last for up to 5 days. * Drink 3 cups a day for 1 to 2 weeks prior to cleansing, or as directed by a Health Professional. The Liver Cleanse is for adults over 16 only. |
