The 3-in-1 Cleanse Kit includes the Para Cleanse, the Digestive Aid & Colon Cleanse, and a 3-week Kidney Cleanse.
Dr. Clark recommended starting with the Digestive Aid Cleanse. It is beneficial to do the Para Cleanse with the Digestive Aid Cleanse, as it will aid the cleansing process. Then follow with the Kidney Cleanse. Or, you can take them all simultaneously. These are potent herbs. If you begin having difficulties taking them together, slow down and take one at a time.
What about a Liver Cleanse?
One of Dr. Clark’s most effective cleanse protocols is the Liver Flush. Dr. Clark recommended the Dr. Clark Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse and Flush to be done after the Kidney Cleanse.
It is never recommended to do the Liver Cleanse before completing all three of the cleanses in this 3-in-1 kit because, if you purge the toxins out of your liver and do not have clear channels of elimination, you run the risk of simply recirculating the toxins. This can make you very ill.
Para Cleanse Maintenance Program
To get the greatest benefits from the Dr. Clark Cleanses, stay on the Para Cleanse Weekly Maintenance Program for a minimum of 4 weeks; better, a year.
