Liver with Leeks and Cannellini Beans

Ingredients: 4 Pieces of Calf’s Liver, about 125g per person, 4 Tablespoons of Seasoned Flour, 4 Teaspoons of Olive Oil, 4 Large Leeks, trimmed and sliced, 4 Lean Back Bacon Rashers, chopped, 500 grams of canned cannellini beans,rinsed and drained, 4 Tablespoons of Crème Fraîche, Pepper and salt to taste, Chopped Thyme, to garnish.
